Because you're covered by a TRH health plan, your health information can be at your fingertips! Thanks to TRH's partnership with Shared Health?, you can have available a Clinical Health Record (CHR) - your own secure, HIPAA-compliant online health record. A CHR is also available for anyone else covered on your plan.

More importantly, your doctors (if they are Shared Health participants) can access your CHR and make more informed decisions about your medical care. They can check past drug allergies and interactions, lab results, immunization records, diagnoses, procedures and more.

And it's secure. Health plan providers (such as TRH), claims administrators or any other unauthorized third parties cannot access your information through Shared Health.
